What is your return policy?
Unworn, and unaltered items can be returned in original packaging for a full refund within 21 days of shipment. Reem Kay does not provide free return shipping. All returns should be sent to XXX.
What is your exchange policy?
We’d be glad to help you with an exchange (subject to product availability). For exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process a return on your original item and place a new order for the exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs. The product being exchanged must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns will be processed within five to seven business days of receipt. Upon processing your return, we will automatically send you a notification and further details regarding either a refund or exchange. If you have questions about the status of your return, please email email@example.com.
How do Reem Kay products ship?
Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you need you product to arrive faster, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional options.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes - we ship worldwide. However, additional shipping costs will apply.
